How does YouTube's spam algorithm work?
What are the parameters, and attributes that it looks for, in differentiating spam material, from legitimate comments?
Whatever they are, and however this algorithm is put together, it's not very good.
I am currently commenting on a particularly important subject, under another username. It involves an Australian political prisoner incarcerated abroad.
I am finding that many of my legitimate comments, are being flagged as spam. I previously thought I had worked out, what causes YouTube's spam detector to do this. Mistakes, such as posting up too many comments in succession too quickly, pasting in a copy of the same comment again, or even just pasting in single words, from one of your own, or someone else's comments.
But even upon learning to avoid these mistakes.... I am still finding that some comments and replies I give, on this important subject, are being spammed, without any good reason, that I can see.
So, I have given birth to the SpamStampeR... his objective, is to study YouTube's spam algorithm...
Love that SPAM
