I'm the only libertarian who recognizes the sovereign national boundaries between the states; while others make vague allusions to a "tradition" of state's rights, or nonsensical claims of "dual sovereignty between state and federal government" etc, I properly recognize and assert that each state was always a sovereign nation unto itself, by INTERNATIONAL law-- and continues to be so.
Likewise, I properly recognize that the PEOPLE of each state-- not its government, or "the American People--" are the ruling sovereigns; and they simply DELEGATE various powers to them respectively, and that these governments have NO power of their own.
Only INDIVIDUAL CITIZENS have power, and if they ever lose it to government, it becomes a DICTATORSHIP.
These facts must be recognized, if the People of the (individual and respective) united states are ever to recover their rights and liberty from the empire of charlatans which usurped it from them in the bloody coup of international imperialism and suppression of the truth.
