They didn't force them. Even when the breeders weren't ASSISTING them, the female was standing still while the male mounted her, a clear indication (for anyone who knew the basics of dog breeding) that she was in full season, and ready to breed.

No Deedx, let's let our horses reproduce willy nilly and end up with a MASSIVE overpopulation of horses. Then we can send all of them to the slaughter house and then our dogs will be fat with horse meat and our children will be happy in their schools with plenty of glue for their project...

if you're such a damn horse lover, as your name suggests, you would know what these people were doing. The horse is obviously green, so he was taking his time getting into the saddle. If the horse decided to take off as he was getting into the saddle, he would be able to easily ...
