Count Arthur is on radio 4 this tuesday, 21st Feb at 6.30pm! HURRAH x

A seventh series of 'Count Arthur Strong's Radio Show!' is to be recorded in the Autumn of 2011 and Spring 2012 in Manchester and Brighton This will be broadcast from March 2012 on BBC Radio 4.

Hi johnartist59 thanks for your kind words. As you can see from others (especially MsEstepona) and me agree with you that the Count is a class above. I don't know when the next series will be but noticed he is touring a lot at the momment. It will be good when he 'pops up' to do another 6 episodes. All the best - Lance

Glad you went to see Rory Bremner, I find him amusing and was impressed that he insisted/allowed Bird and Fortune to be added in the TV title (both of whom I like). I cannot say I am shocked or even slightly surprised to hear you are back on the booze albeit the girly kind. I will only stop drinking beer as they are closing down the lid (please make up your own meaning of what this could mean as I am flummoxed myself). I have a complaint - I cannot read your responses because of that Blue Bird - geddit! you have in the background. Now I know it is possibly someone dear to your heart, but could you just fade her out a bit, in order that I may enjoy your witty replies!
Went to see Rory Bremner last night at the Drill Hall - free - just as well because I would have asked for my money back otherwise! To be fair it was alright, if not a tad warm in there, I was knackered when I left, even declined a scoop - however, I have to come clean and tell you the three day rule has gone by the wayside, and I am back on the Lambrusco, felt it was safer to keep the enzymes happy on a daily basis! I have noticed a cheeky Lance in the recent uploads, even if it does mean listening a few times, or should I say watching! Now Lance do not rest on your Laurels, there is much creative material out there, Piddler on the Roof, dare I suggest, Adios Amigo, - Norf London Gilly!
