I believe that "We the People" have been apathetic and ignorant for far too long! Politicians have been denying various groups of people their civil and human rights through bogus legislation, and the Courts continue to allow it. It won't be long before liberty is lost forever. We must take action now to prevent our Country from becoming another police state. Americans are increasingly re-electing fascist politicians, and it wont be long before they destroy us.

About Me:

I am a former sex-offender {falsely convicted as a child molester after accusations by several teenagers (over the age of 14) surfaced that I had consensual sex with them}. I never realized how evil our system of justice can be, or how incompetent attorneys prefer to be in sex crime cases. Consensual sexual misconduct with a minor is indeed against the law, but it's not the crime of the century. I think teens need to discover themselves FOR themselves, and learn from their own mistakes, on their own terms, and not be dictated to by well meaning adults. For me, due to the many injustices I've had to suffer through all of this nonsense, I am now a civil and human rights activist/paralegal who wants to find real solutions to America's anti-social and ant-rights attitude that targets people who've made mistakes in the past and are trying to move on. I'm disgusted with the hypocritical direction US policies have taken socially, morally, and without genuine ethics guarding the gates. I hope to find other like minded people who want to fight to restore true American economic, legislative and social values and fight to protect everyone's rights, regardless of their dark past. Far too many people and organizations have been lying to you about the threat posed by "former" sex offenders. The fact is, former offenders do not typically re-offend. The current rate of conviction for new sex crimes by former offenders is less than 3.5%. This rate has been the same for over 30 years and does not justify the ongoing legislative attacks that ensues against people who are already knocked down and suffering from remorse. Our government continues to exploit the sex offender stories to justify stripping us of our civil rights, and our Nation's sex scandals make us an international laughing stock. Every year lawmakers enact new laws that diminish someone's legal rights and Constitutional protections. We are NOT the free people we believed we were any longer. When will you all wake up and smell the stench of an evolving police state?
ON ANOTHER NOTE:
I enjoy positive people with a genuine love and respect for humanity and our Constitution. I love the outdoors and music of all kinds. I'm interested in intelligent conversation with mature adults from 17 to 110. I love young people, but given my past , it's best that they have only professionally oriented contact with me, if any at all. I will communicate with younger people from time to time, but will not engage in any sexually oriented discussions whatsoever. Our world is full of people with hidden agendas and bad intentions toward people like me. I'm not one who solicits kids for sex.

Give me a break, and find out who I am on your own, without prejudging me based on someone else's opinions.
