@gigjohn I don't know about anyone else, but I'm personally thankful for your comment. The power of suggestion is so crucial for this sort of thing to be effective and this comment builds my faith in this track and binaural beats/self-hypnosis in general. It really does seem to be working.

Ok so this really does seem to be working but I have a question. Binaural beats and self-hypnosis primarily work by stimulating the subconscious, right? What if you take adderall on a regular basis and allowing your mind to relax is almost impossible? Does that reduce the effectiveness? I suppose...
