About this user

I'm a huge fan of many types of music!

From classic rock like the Everly Brothers and Bill Haley to nyc hardcore bands like the Cro-Mags and Bad Brains. My tastes are very diverse. The same goes for Latin music I love Willie Colon/Hector Lavoe, Fania, Beny More to name a few. I got into Latin music later in my life so I'm still discovering great Latin music to this day.

I also love classic Motown and Bob Marley but my all time favorite band is The Beatles. I've always been a huge fan of songwriters and when it comes to songs, you simply can't beat the Fabs.

Last but not least I'm a musician myself and I play in an original Latin band named SOULSA. Our sound is a fusion of Afro-Caribbean percussion and rock. We pride ourselves on our original songs and lyrics. We have played in many clubs throughout New York City. Our most recent show was overseas when we were invited to perform in a Latin music festival in Finland.
