@2011stockholm i think erics feelings for love were shaken up when Godric gave himself to the sun. i think it helped stir things up in Eric.

@yellowbraids yes I love him. In the books, he was looking for redemption. he was a childkiller/rapist, did many a brutal killing and had enough. Gave himself to the sun, but he was not erics maker in the books. Regardless...I think he is a great character and I miss him alot.

I think his hair will change for season 5 as ol Eric. (imo, this is a little dorky for ol Eric). Hair and nails still grow after you die, and they can adapt to changes. That's the writer's reason for the change in hair looks.. lol But hopefully Eric will get his 'highlights on" in season 5. :)
