Sonoran Hip Center is dedicated to caring for disorders of the hip. Our mission is to establish a world class center utilizing a patient centered approach, while elevating community standards through research and education. Our surgeons are fellowship trained in the direct anterior approach for hip replacement surgery.

The direct anterior approach to hip replacement and hip resurfacing surgery offers significant advantages over the standard approaches to these procedures. Performing the surgery without muscle damage or detachment benefits the patient through less pain and a faster recovery. Furthermore, the risk of a hip dislocation is reduced and patients have no limitations or restrictions after surgery. The same implants are utilized, however, the use of x-ray during surgery allows for more consistent and accurate restoration of the hip anatomy and leg lengths.
