My family and I have struggled with the officials of Berrien County Michigan for 25 years in order to expose the truth of our fathers death. He was Murdered by means of arsenic poisoning. When first reported to the county officials the Prosecuter was Paul Maloney who refused to open any kind of investigation and fought against our efforts for an autopsy. He is now the chief Judge of the county and awaiting a federal judgeship in Western Michigan. I made it clear to him and other county officials that I had reason to believe my father was not the first victim in a line of poisonings. In June of 2005 we won the right to an autopsy but the county took control of the proceedure by manipulating the autopsy through a stipulation.
