No ILLEGAL hacks (legit Pokesav is fine)
Evasion Clause
OHKO Clause (No Horn Drill,Fissure etc)
Sleep Clause (One asleep at a time)
Wobb and Skymin are Uber
Garchomp is OK
No Ubers unless we have an Uber battle
