I am no Cyrus fan, but it's not horrible. There's nothing really special about this, but if she actually did get a vocal coach she would have a fairly decent alto voice. She tends to over-emote to compensate for what she lacks in vocal skills.

FYI he certainly didn't dance around it when he voted to repeal it. He was one of five republicans that voted to do so during the lame duck session I believe.
