Sonett '76 are a Minneapolis indie gargeband with plenty of bang for your buck. With members as young as 12 and as old as *gasp!* 14, Sonett '76 is sure to develop - we'll just have to finish some homework first. We formed on a whim yet our dedication to the band is great. With an odd lineup - (Bass, Rhythm Guitar, Guitar and Vocals) - Sonett '76 is forging a new path. Until we find a drummer, at least. Influenced by the Shins, the Strokes, Modest Mouse, The View, The Libertines, The Clash, Bob Dylan, Bloc Party, Sonic Youth, The Hugs, The Decemberists, DPT, Babyshambles and many more, Sonett '76 provide energetic, guitar-driven tunes that you can listen to forever. Currently writing and rehearsing songs for their new album, Sonett '76 will release their debut album sometime In 2008
