What Is Your Uploading Frequency?

Right now my camera doesn't work. Nikon L3 lens error. This morning I turned the camera on, but it only came out halfway. There was something I wanted to film, and eventually I got it to come all the way out. However, when I got to the event, the problem with the lens was back. In trying to fiddle with it (which sites I googled recommended) have made it slightly worse, so it doesn't come out even halfway now. I give these details out for in case anyone knows how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.
