should i go for one with a i5-2310 with a ati HD 6670? is it better than the 5770 you have? OR for £100 pounds more should i go for the i5-2500 with a nvidia GTX 560 ti?

is the gtx 560 ti any good? i have a choice of computer between.. a dell with a GTX 560 ti and the i5-2500, or a hp with GTX 460 with a i7-2600. which should i go for?
can they both play most games on high settings with no lag? thanks :)
