Peace walker sollte eigentlich als 5. Teil erscheinen. Da es auf PSP rauskommen ist, hat es keine feste nummer bekommen. Für Hideo Kojima ist es der inoffizielle 5. teil. Kojima sagt das Peace Walker ein Meisterwerk sein soll und es vielleicht nicht der letzte titel für die PSP sein wird. Es ist ein vertreter der MGS SAGA !!!!
Viele dinge im Game sind ein Test, um so sehen zu können ob diese reinpassen.
