You saved me from going crazy!! I was more than frustrated at the TIGHT cables. Luckily, I found your video before I broke a pulley. Good call on leaving the ferrule (green thingy) out until last. It was still a TIGHT fit, but the window is currently working, just before our 25 degrees & snow ...
