Pretty laid back, but it depends, all days are different.
I make mistakes like anyone else, I'm not perfect nor will I ever be, but I try to learn and of course I'll apologize, have to act my old age now! ^^
Bottom line, I'm still developing (not physically, I'm already buff enuff ;D) you know what I mean, no one dies with perfect knowledge about everything ^^
