I haven't bought it yet, but people's telling me how great it is

I seem to notice it too. Kai's original score is decent at best. But using old scores is really out of place. It took that guy to figure out some fans want the original score, but he's a little too late. Plus, I didn't like how he used music in the Freeza saga of Kai, since it's one of my 3 favorite sagas in Z. Cell's great and all (btw, are you as big fan of Barry Manilow?) but the overall effect that sets the move. To me, it's like replacing Akira Ifukube's emotionally driven themes in Godzilla (1954) for a remaster with shit-faced music made by another cunt who cannot make/edit music. Yes, Godzilla's themes are that emotional since I always cry when it's near the climax, since it has the sense of terror, uncertainty, and... I'll send it to you

Same here. I love old-school anime that doesn't involve female characters having large tits and shit and bishonen scums. Fist of the North Star, I got the HD version, so I can watch Kenshiro pop heads off all day. Although, they have a tendency to have Freeza's 5 Minute Rule
