What started out as just some amateur video-taking with my Dad's digicam has turned into a serious venture in recording my friends and non-friends in their journey to becoming musicians.

Before any recording, I obtain permission from the performer(s) that they would like to be recorded. I currently have a little questionaire that asks if they would like their videos able to be embedded on other websites, what degree of censorship (if any) they would like on their comments, and if they would prefer to have ratings allowed on their video or not.

This has all been established because I've discovered that when anonymity and criticism collide, some terrible things can be said to these young musicians. Keep in mind that some of these kids are straight out of high school, trying to transfer to a four-year. Constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.
