@zaia3957 : Yes you can. The bowl comes with a basket. So you pot the whole lemon/ Orange in the bowl, shredd it and put the basket in the bowl. Now you get only the juice - so yummi! The rest you could use to make a fruit spread.

@Jackl0l : Yes, you can all this do with the Thermomix 31. :-) He has a 4 blade knife on the bottom and low to high speed. So you can emulsify too. :-)
