About MBearR
I like to hear what others have to say if it's constructive. If you want to debate some topic you have better understand that my standards of evidence for extraordinary claims are high and that I consider the claimant to be the one with a burden of proof. That said, I try to not be closed-minded.

About this user
I'm a supporter of living/ loving life; everyone should try it out, it's great.IMPORTANT NOTE: My handle, "snipe" probably does not mean what you think it means. Any confusion is understandable, but I get trolls who try to use the common meaning of the word as a verb against me in "discussions" often enough that I feel the need to explain it here. There is a practical joke played on gullible people called a snipe hunt, in which the subject of the joke is sent in pursuit of a "snipe", which in actuality does not exist or is impossible to catch, and sometimes told to use methods that simply make them look like an idiot. A snipe hunt is similar to a wild goose chase except that the intent of the individuals giving out errand or information is different. In a wild goose chase the person sent on the chase is either being maliciously mislead in order to keep them occupied and out of the way or simply given bad information, while in a snipe hunt the hunter is being made to look a fool for the amusement of someone else and to show how little they know about the subject of the "hunt". Snipes are a type of bird that do actually exist and are very difficult to hunt even for experienced hunters, so anyone who can shoot a snipe is considered to be a very skilled hunter and is called a "sniper". This is the origin of the name used to describe a skilled marksman that we are so familiar with today; however, the snipe in question is the objective of the practical joke, not the marksman or the bird. While I am quite a good shot with a rifle, I wouldn't consider myself a sniper as I'm not that skilled and havent ever worked in the official capacity of a sniper or designated marksman, nor have I ever sniped anyone. I suppose my handle would be called an allegory, or perhaps a metaphor, (I don't know and I don't care) and if I told you exactly what it meant then I wouldn't sound nearly as wise as I'm not but like to pretend I am, so I'll leave you to figure out the rest for yourself.
