OK I took your advice but it did not work at forst because I was in internet explorer's new fangled version in which facebook nor youtube work correctly but they do work in firefox and that is where I was able to access the View menu which would not open in IE. But I still don't think my page is restored as retro as yours yet, am i wrong ?? and if so how may we rectify this situation ?
