Currently, I am putting myself up to the challenge of the 3-month P90x challenge. If you've watched my videos, you'll notice that I do not show before and after pics from week to week. My reason here is that I feel like you guys will be able to see better results when I post them once a month. Well...hopefully, my results will be great enough to show a difference each month :P
