Peter Styvesant and the Jews.
Styvesant was a 17th century Dutch governor in America. (c. 1612 -- August 1672), served as the last Dutch Director-General of the colony of New Netherland from 1647 until it was ceded provisionally to the English in 1664, and later renamed New York.
"The Jews who have arrived would nearly all like to remain here, but learning that they (with their customary usury and deceitful trading with the Christians) were very repugnant to the inferior magistrates, as also to the people having the most affection for you; the Deaconry also fearing that owing to their present indigence they might become a charge in the coming winter, we have, for the benefit of this weak newly developing place and land in general, deemed it useful to require them in a friendly way to depart; praying also most seriously in this connection, for ourselves also for the general community of your worships, that the deceitful race - such hateful enemies and blasphemers of the name of Christ - not be allowed further to infect and trouble this new colony. George Washington made this statement about the Jews during a "CHIT CHAT AROUND THE TABLE DURING INTERMISSION", at the Philadelphia Constitutional Convention of 1787.

In 1862, U.S. Gen. Ulyssess S. Grant described Jews as "the Israelites," an "intolerable nuisance." On November 9 and 10, Grant sent his commanders in Jackson, Tennessee, orders that "no Jews are to be permitted to travel on the railroad southward [into the Department of the Tennessee] from any point." Grant also noted his disdain for Jews to C.P. Wolcott, Assistant Secretary of the Army. He claimed Treasury regulations were being violated "mostly by Jews and other unprincipled traders." (Feingold, 93) However, the illegal trading of cotton continued and Grant continued to believe it was the fault of the Jewish merchants.
On December 17, 1862, Grant issued Order 11:
"The Jews, as a class violating every regulation of trade established by the Treasury Department and also department orders, are hereby expelled from the department [the "Department of the Tennessee," an administrative district of the Union Army of occupation composed of Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi] within twenty-four hours from the receipt of this order. Post commanders will see to it that all of this class of people be furnished passes and required to leave, and any one returning after such notification will be arrested and held in confinement until an opportunity occurs of sending them out as prisoners, unless furnished with permit from headquarters. No passes will be given these people to visit headquarters for the purpose of making personal application of trade permits".

In Soviet Union census atlas of Soviet Union Nationalities (#505173 6-82) the map has Caucasian Peoples in group only includes Georgians, Dagestanis, Chechens, Kabardians, Ingush, Adygeys, Abkhaz, Cherkees, and Abazins. The Indo-European Peoples are Slavic, Russian, Ukranian, Belorussians, Poles, Czechs, Bulgarian, Germans, Persians, Kurds....
In The Penguin Atlas of Ancient History p. 21, p. 24 maps show Caucasian people only confined to mountains between Turkey and Caspian Sea. on p. 46 Caucasians were reduced after wars in Zargos marches. The Caucasians are not modern Europeans (Indo-Europeans) see map p. 7.
