This is a really nice song! Why are some people so jaded. For one, I've heard this song was hardly finished. Some of Lennon's best songs weren't finished, like "Free as a Bird," "Real Love." The ending with the tongue rolling's a bit extreme, but overall this song is cool.

There's so much emotion in this song! It shocks me that I never even knew about John Lennon until middle school. Shame.

I think John Lennon belived in love, and I also think that Jesus(and God) are an embodiment of love. So by the transitive property of congruence... John Lennon "believed" in God, just not in the conventional sense. I'm sure God forgave him or whatever, or I at least hope.

I just like how each solo reflects their individual personalities in a way. Paul's are fine and sophisticated, George's are well thought out and complex, and John's are raunchy and loud. At least at the time.
