I feel you do have the right background and can relate to KC. Good video! I am a housing advocate and with the right man in place and backing of the right program you could accomplish several problem areas others miss. Neighborhoods, affordable housing, (better than we are doing it now with NSP funds and KC Ameridream) we are wasting money, savvy use of existing Washington funding and programs that are already in place, jobs. Just to name a few. City has 10,000 homes vacant, 4000 need to be torn down, 6000 could be rehabbed. Several ways to do it and leverage the NSP funds we have. FHA 203k and more....
