Hello Everyone, hope all is well.... :)

This is my Quest for Ultimate Health & Fitness. I am 6' 1" and currently weigh in at 410 lbs. At my heaviest I weighed in at over 485 lbs with a waist of 66".

Never again... My ability to be intentional, take massive action and hold myself to account will determine my ultimate success for maximum Health, Fitness, vitality and ultimate reach my goal of 210 lbs.
