Hetaoni 17 part 2 isn't out on nico nico yet so Soteg can't sub it. I know. It's been two months since the last update. As for now I recommend rewatching it? Sad thing is who knows when it'll be subbed or come out? We just got to sit tight and wait for that day when soteg does post it up! That'll be a grand day. :)
