About I await the day that Sarah Palin is shot from a helicopter..
"When the pale moon hides and the wild wind wails,
And over the treetops the nighthawk sails,
The gray wolf sits on the world's far rim,
And howls: and it seems to comfort him.
The wolf is a lonely soul, you see,
No beast in the wood, nor bird in the tree,
But shuns his path; in the windy gloom
They give him plenty, and plent of room.
So he sits with his long, lean face to the sky
Watching the ragged clouds go by.
There in the night, alone, apart,
Singing the song of his lone, wild heart.
Far away, on the world's dark rim
He howls, and it seems to comfort him."

"The arctic wolves changed my life. Their story was the highlight of my career as a wildlife photographer. They gave me the chance to achieve a dream."

Oh yes, I've done my research.

All animals in this world that help things to stay balanced, as the food chain so evidently proves Predators need prey to prevent overpopulations of their inferior meals. Prey needs to exist for its predators to prevent a lack of that animal, therefore starving some species that feeds on it. We feed on meat of every variety all over the world. What would happen if we lost it? What would happen if crops stopped growing? A certain balance is needed to keep things in tact. When that balance is wrecked, either by lack of a species or an abundance of it, many things can go wrong. Pollution and deathes of varied causes are a result of human overpopulation. We have seen what it does. Now do we really want to get rid of wolves for good, seeing what damage has already been done when the balance is broken?
Riddle me this:
What good can man kind do for the earth, but try to recover the damage they have already inflicted upon it?

The simplicity and convolution in wolves lives is breathtaking. Why cannot humans live with such teamwork-with such a balance, and such an organized hierarchy? Why can we not respect Mother Nature, mother earth, and our own mothers? Is it so hard to take only what you need, and take from life the pleasures that come from the company of loved ones alone? If humans were not the dominant species, what would be? Would the dominant species if not us do a better job of protecting the things we all rely on?

Like I said, I usually spend time writing stories with my friends. I love to be outside, even though bugs often ruin my connection with nature =(. Either way, I love camping, which is weird, because it sems myself and my father are the only ones in my whole family who enjoy camping. Strange...
