As I told shujinkoMK, Calypso probably figured or already knew Slam would screw his own wish up in the end, and therefore he didn't have to trick him. So in a way, his wish still worked against him, it just his own stupidity rather than Calypso's influence.

Dream Warriors is when the series was making the shift to horror comedy. I suppose that's why I was never a fan. Growing up, I didn't watch too many Nightmare movies but the ones I did see, were the horror comedy ones and therefore I never took Freddy seriously.

Anyways, having seen the 1982 Carpenter version myself, and this being a direct prequel to it, I'm very interested in seeing it. I just hope the movie isn't full of CGI, because the incredible practical effects are what made the Carpenter version so good.

But anyway, nice video. Eflman's classic Batman music fit in there perfectly and definitely did make the film seem better than it really was.

Agreed. I've always said that anything McFarlane did, NECA did better. This is one rare time where that statement is false. The Mcfarlane Chucky figures are clearly much better.

Hey, these days you can barely tell anymore. There's a lot of bad "film makers" out there who make movies similar to your video but their's was actually intended to be a real, serious movie. I'm glad this was intended as parody though. In that case, this video is spot on.

While sequels to Avatar really aren't necessary since the first movie wrapped up the story, I would still gladly go see them. I could care less about Battle Angel Alita. Never heard of it before but then again, I am not a fan of Manga and Anime.
