Excellent dude! Don't be concerned about doin' this song 'cause you're white. It was done by many artists, black & white, long before Otis did it. Love Otis' version, but it ain't really his song.

Wouldn't take props from Otis. Love the man. But It says "The Original" here. If you mean he's an original, I whole-heartedly agree. But the song is not his original. It had been done by many others before him. Even before he was born.
