The blank page smiles a wide grin
Bonafide sin coming through this flaking skin
Making tin out of thin foil
My latest spoils found coils of emotion I could find with promotion
High above the relative ranks
Giving thanks to my first God, spreading wings to save our banks
Asking a simple question, no simple quest
I've regressed to find progress within
I undress my skin

I plunder sound for keys to the sane
I administer the sinister exchange of pain
