shouldve just gotten a camaro if you think ls1's are so great. never put a chevy motor in a ford, its a disgrace to be using gm parts, and its fucking stupid. i wouldve put a 351 in there instead, its like a 350, but with more torque.

they do, its an electronic locker that only engages when you pull the shift on the fly knob out towards you (doesn't have to be in 4x4 to do this) and it stays locked in at all speeds until you push it back in

it will move, with 365 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, it doesnt matter if its a v6, it will MOVE. and these pickups with this motor will actually out pull the 5.7 hemi.

Why not do it in your own driveway? People get mad when you do it on public roads you might as well do it on your own property, the tire marks won't be there forever, it doesn't take that long for them to disappear. And power braking doesn't wear your tires out that fast, I used to do it in my 93...
