For leg cramps, eat foods that have a lot of potassium in them (like bananas). Also, when you stretch your legs, instead of pointing your foot/toes, stretch them out upward. I'll be 20 weeks on Wednesday so I definitely feel ya with all the symptoms you have! Haha. Good luck with your pregnancy. :)
