I lost a few pounds, then lost a few more, and before I knew it I had dropped 30 lbs.
Now I'm a bit stuck my own weight issues and figuring out what next. I'm never going to be 160 lbs. again. The question is how low will I go. This page is about exploring the next step. I'm beginning to understand now how people can try to go lower and lower.
I'm trying to focus on the healthy side of slim, but it's a thin line for me. I think I'm just on the edge of people worrying about my weight, but not yet mentioning it.
I'm not sure where I'm going, but I'm enjoying the ride!
