If you assign pictures to contacts can see them when you scroll through the contacts list? Is there anyway you can sync facebook contacts so that all facebook pictures are displayed for each contact? Is it easy to set a password for the phone/messages?

Are you able to also text on the touch screen? Does it have T9 and/or QWERTY? I recently bought the CRUX and already sent it back for a replacement because texting on it was so bad (I had a phone with a physical keyboard very similar to the normal cosmos).
