In my old hometown I know of 3 guys in my class that were high school bullies that became cops in my hometown and one was recently promoted.

Good job. The neutral and grounds must be bonded at the first means of disconnect. The main service panel now you have to isolate the grounds from neutrals because now it's technically a sub panel. Just I would have put some white tape on the neutrals in the disconnect.

The panel is a single phase panel I'm an electrician and I work in live panels in residential all the time without safety equipment along with most electricians. Now working inside 3 phase equipment that's a different story.
