Ive playe some form of music since i was about 7, my grandmothers cheap organ was the first thing I recal. I graduated to Trumpet around 9, and then guit at the age of 15 or so. I became serious about electric guitar when I heard the band Journey as a kid. Deep PUrple, Hendrix, and later, Joe Satariani allinfluenxced me a great deal. Vocally, all of my family are singers, and Paul McCartney and the Beatles probably influenced me the most, along with Steve Perry of Journey, and Sam Cooke and other great soul singers. I get my blues inflections form David Lee Roth, though I sound nothing like him. He just has such a great, smokey, attitude in his voice. I play funk, disco and rock for a living, but I like all kinds of music. I exclude rap from this category!
