For This is the full length video (slightly longer due to titles), of the disused railway station at Spa Road in South London.

For more details of the station and of its history, please view the original slowed down version of the video also on my Profile page.

It was mainly to test my camera The Disused Station of Spa Road, London that I had at the time, and I've added a music track as the original footage is silent, oh and apologies if you dislike the music, it was the only peice I could find to actually fit the time frame.

THE NORTH NORFOLK RAILWAY - A PHOTOGRAPHIC MONTAGE Sithlord2000 - 951 views - 1 year ago
this Video was created using photographs taken during my recent visit to the North Norfolk Railway whilst on holiday.

The line runs from Sheringham to Holt (North Kelling) and is approximately 5 Miles long, a journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes.

The locomotive featured in the photographs is a GWR 0-6-2T, designated as No.5643 visiting from the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway)

I have been informed that the diesel photographed is a class 47 designated 47367, and not a BR A1A-A1A Class 31, as I originally stated.

There are a number informative and interesting websites. Wikipedia gives a good level of information, plus links to other related sites upon the encyclopedia entry.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N orth_Norfolk_Railway.

Enjoy the video.

Oh, and the music is "Jupiter - Bringer of Jollity" from the Planets Suite by Gustav Holst.

"Closing credits" music is entitled "The Landing" by Enigma.

The Disused Station of Spa Road, London Sithlord2000 - 4,111 views - 2 years ago
The video was shot from the train going out of London (the full version of the video starts from London Bridge Station). Also please note that there is no sound (my camera does not have a microphone). Therefore I've added some music (not my own) to give some atmosphere to the video.

From the train you can observe what appears to be the remains of now long forgotten platforms, and indeed they are platforms, of the now disused Spa Road Station, and was opened in 1836 and closed in 1915.

The footage has been slowed down to allow you to see the remains of the platforms as it was too fast to see originally.

The information I have on the opening of the video was found upon a website entitled "Subterranea Britannica: Closed Railway Station"

Here is the web address for the site.

http://www.subbrit.org.uk/sb-s ites/st...

If you are interested in finding out more about disused railway stations, that this is a great website to visit, I highly recommend it.

The site itself has information so far for at least 843 stations and is continually growing. It's definitely worth while visiting.

I will post the complete video (from London Bridge onwards) at its full speed if requested.

Any way, enjoy the footage shown.

Trying not to let my anger over the recent comments said on Fox overcome me I felt obliged to say a few words on the matter.

Note...I have nothing against Americans and their military. In fact i'm rather fond on the US and its soldiers. However those "comedians" on fox I don't like one bit.

Here is it, a video from day three of Animaritime which happened today.
The Bandito learns about bad dubs and Luke Thibodeaus

*Please note I shot 100 clips at the con today. There was a LOT that wont be in this episode. After the live weekend the following episodes will contain the rest of the weekends footage. Also I realise that the Rikku segment cuts of abruptly. I was due to issues with a macs editing softwear and my general exaustion level. The end of the segment was where it cuts.
