At one time my pack was strong and exacting.
We were the fear of the land. When the chance came, the rest traded freedom for warm homes and collars. I refused to submit to such a life and now have to work that much harder for my meals. I might have tired long ago if not for the nights that I'm howling at the full moon and a response from some distant corner of the wilderness assures me. I'm not the last of my kind.
