@coolcats1451 I use to burn my first batch of caramel all the time! lol! But the key is medium to medium low heat, only swirl once to get the sugar wet, leave it alone, then once it starts getting lightly brown swirl it, and patience! Just keep an eye on it. Its annoying but so worth it! Good luck!
