What do I record and edit with?

I record and edit with Camtasia Studio 7
(And iPod Touch)

Computer specs:
- 4GB ram
- Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit
- Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10 GHz 2.10 GHz

I have Xbox 360 aswell, but I don't have anything to record Xbox gameplay with.
