If you want your AEG to last only buy precision bb's that have NO seams and are polished. THE HEAVIER THE BB THE MORE ACCURATE.
.12g ~100-250 fps
.20g ~250-380 fps
.25g ~380+ fps
anything greater than .25 should be used for sniper rifles.
