en mensen ok, ik schrok ook wel van de luidheid van zn stem enzo toen ik de video openende maar niks mis mee joh;) gaat sowieso om de oefeningen die 9 vd 10 mensen nodig hebben en eigenlijk hiervoor komen, maar gewoon iet...

kun je met deze oefeningen ook echt een extreem slanke taille krijgen. Ik heb zelf wel een smalle taille, maar wil het nog meer en vervolgens zou ik graag mijn heuspieren willen trainen om zo een nog beter effect te krijgen:)

Misschien een optie om heupoefeningen erbij te zetten??
