I do videos called WMEFs (Watch Me Epically Fails), which are in effect LPs (Let's Plays), in which one plays through a game while commentating.

I don't own the characters, pictures, music, and pretty much everything else. However the Fair Use clause covers my videos as they are commentary in nature. My voice is my only possession in these videos.
