Hey there!

First and foremost: I love the Lord! I am a friend of God. I am fun, crazy, and laid back!

2011 was about Faith and Vision.

2012 is basically same except - NO MORE GAMES. Doing what I set out to do, getting it started an keeping it moving. No time for slacking. use the time that God gave me wisely.

This is the story of my continued Healthy journey. I did the big chop on January 14, 2010. For like the 100th time... Again for the 101th time on March 18, 2011. Again in 2011 I had had a few health issues and stress which took a toll on my hair. Lack of iron has caused my hair to break to he scalp in the back. However I WILL NOT be doing a big chop.

I will finally take my iron supplements the way I am supposed to.

I am STILL a BIG chicken about exposing myself to the public as I am a very private person. So you will still probably only see head shots... maybe a profile.

I am interested not only in natural hair. But holistic health as a well. I am really striving for that.

Holistic Goals for 2012

- Spiritual: Daily date with God (Quiet Time Prayer and Devotions).

- Physical : *Workout 3 times a week. * Drink 64 oz water a day * Green Smoothie at least 3x a week (I said at least)

- Skin: * I am trying to use all natural products. There is a chance that it may not go on my skin if I can't eat it. I will be adding a MSM regimen.

- Hair: Ayurveda and/or Aromatherapy Deep Condition at least 1x weekly. Spritz, Moisturize and seal with oil - nightly ( I may wear a plastic cap)

I'm writing my vision and making it plain.
