Many ideas have been constructed on how to ease the pain of suffering, key word here being ideas. From my own direct experience, all suffering in ALL of its forms ceases in the Presence of Truth/Enlightenment/ Self-Realization. In the Presence of Truth, all thoughts cease and are replaced by an infinite silence and stillness. In this silence, the source of suffering is revealed and the following statement becomes clearly obvious: "In Truth, all things are revealed." It is my hope that by discussing this One Truth that many more will come to know The Truth directly rather than through attempts at intellectual endeavors.
