I'm taking an educated guess that this was filmed at the New Years Eve show in Tokyo 1990/91, in fact it IS!!!! A great show, opened with Tokyo Road and rocked the house for 3 hours, then went their separate ways again!!! Jon & Richie didn't speak at all in Japan for this gig
