And also, unfortunately I don't think American accents are that brilliant... though some are more tolerable than others :P
People over there seem very friendly though, they always are whenever I go over there at least ^^

@MrNobobodytoSomebody In the context of the film (The Great Dictator, if you're curious), he's essentially stumbled into giving that speech; he put on that uniform so he could disguise himself and run away from prison.
In the story he is a simple barber; a normal man with normal ambitions.
